When you enter your details on our website, your personal data is recorded for the purpose of providing our services. Your personal data is processed (1) to inform you about our services and other activities, (2) to enter into and maintain an employment or staff-related relationship with you, (3) to record an assignment with the client in an agreement and to maintain and fulfil this agreement, (4) to support your personal development, including training and education, (5) for management purposes, including management information, internal control, business security, and the performance of audits and financial reviews, and (6) to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Depending on the reason for your registration on our website, we process the following personal data:

In the following situations, Your Journey Academy shares (part of) your personal data with clients, suppliers, and/or subcontractors:
- In the case of registering for a language course
- In the case of purchasing an online training programme
- In the case of purchasing a training or coaching trip or programme
These clients, suppliers, and/or subcontractors process the data based on our instructions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If your data is incorrect, incomplete, or no longer relevant, you may submit a written request asking us to amend or supplement your data.
